Liquid Uric Acid reagent kit is used for determination of Uric Acid based on enzymatic methods using Uricase and Peroxidase. Influence of Glucose, Bilirubin, Ascorbate, Allopurinol, Urea, Protein, EDTA, Fluoride, Citrate, Oxalate & Hemoglobin is negligible. Uric Acid 125 Reagent is linear upto 25 mg%. Uric acid treatment can be either with medications or by intake of certain food items.
